The patient has non-specific symptoms such fever, pain, and anosmia. family physician prescribed Enfluvir, vitamin D, etol-fort tb . After medication, come again not finished pain. that first one consulted ordered Magnetic Resonance Imagining for sacroiliac region told pain when sitting at least two half nowadays her more although taking painkillers. According non-contrast, MRI joint: “ joint surfaces exhibit irregularity narrowing. In posterior, prominent articular on right in fat-suppressed axial coronary sequences, there is focal bone marrow edema sacroiliitis activation. adnexa within sections showed an 8 cm cystic appearance. USG lower abdomen are advised.”. lab also with IV contrast, pelvis, ultrasonography were planned rheumatology gynecology consultations.
